The start of Wednesday's women's basketball game between Saint Joseph's and Xavier has been moved back by one hour to 1 p.m. because of the approaching storm.
Saint Joseph's spokesman Jack Jumper says the switch is intended to ensure referees, other game personnel and fans can get to the Philadelphia school without problems.
