Texas senior forward Kristen Nash will rejoin the Longhorns for the rest of the season after receiving a medical redshirt.
The redshirt is retroactive for the 2006-2007 season.
Nash averaged 14.7 minutes, 3.5 points and 4.2 rebounds for Texas last season. She has been enrolled in graduate school during No. 23 Texas' 5-3 start. The Longhorns have lost three games in a row, and Nash will provide much-needed depth in the frontcourt.
She will be eligible to play beginning Saturday at the BTI Classic tournament in Las Vegas.

Her sister, Kathleen Nash, is averaging 17.3 points this season.
