No. 20 St. John's cruises past Boston 66-42

Da'Shena Stevens and Centhya Hart had 15 points apiece to help No. 20 St. John's beat Boston University 66-42 on Saturday.
Sky Lindsay scored 11 for the Red Storm (7-1), who forced 21 turnovers and outrebounded the Terriers 43-35. Shenneika Smith finished with nine points, seven rebounds, four assists and five steals.
Alex Young led Boston with 11 points and five assists but committed six turnovers. The Terriers (2-6) shot 28 percent (15 for 53) from the field.
St. John's took control with a 26-5 run in the first half. Eugenia McPherson capped the surge with a free throw that made it 32-12 with 4:23 left.
