Williams has been world No. 1 on the WTA Tour 6 times, holds 4 Olympics gold medals, and has 22 Grand Slam singles titles to go along with 14 Grand Slam doubles title. She is 2 Grand Slam titles away from tying the all-time record. There is no doubt she will go down as the greatest in women’s tennis and that her records will stand for years.
It is not just her on court success that makes Serena Williams deserving of the #31 ranking on Fandom 250.
She is a role model for women, a game-changer in fashion, and is setting herself up to be one of the best ambassadors to tennis that the sport has ever seen.
