Australian fans have seen plenty of Francesca Schiavone lately and they won't have to wait long to see her again after she was named Tuesday to lead Italy's team against Australia in the first round of the Fed Cup on Feb. 5-6.

Flavia Pennetta, Sara Errani and Roberta Vinci were also named to Italy's squad, which remains unchanged after winning the past two Fed Cups.

Schiavone's 6-4, 1-6, 16-14 win over Svetlana Kuznetsova in the Australian Open's fourth round Sunday lasted 4 hours, 44 minutes and set a Grand Slam record for the longest women's singles match. The Italian was then beaten by top-ranked Caroline Wozniacki.

Australia already named Samantha Stosur, Jarmila Groth, Anastasia Rodionova and Rennae Stubbs to its team.
