Argentina's Juan Monaco wins US Men's Clay Court

HOUSTON (AP) Argentina's Juan Monaco won the U.S. Men's Clay Court Championship for the second time in five years, beating defending champion Jack Sock 3-6, 6-3, 7-5 on Sunday.

The 32-year-old Monaco also won in 2012 at River Oaks.

Sock, the 23-year-old American seeded fourth, had won 16 consecutive sets in the event dating to his first-round match last year.
