Watford's new owner says former West Ham manager Gianfranco Zola will likely become the club's new coach.
Giampaolo Pozzo says Monday there is a verbal agreement with Zola and ''we are at a good point, so I think he will be our coach.''
Zola has been out of work for two years, after being sacked by West Ham in May 2010.
The Pozzo family - which also owns Italian side Udinese and Granada in Spain - completed its takeover of Watford on Saturday.

The 45-year-old Zola's only previous managerial experience was as assistant coach of Italy's under-21 squad.
Zola replaces Sean Dyche, who led Watford to an 11th place finish in the second-tier League Championship last season, the club's highest finish since 2008.
