The Irish midfielder has yet to make an appearance for the Gunners' first team, but has impressed for their Under 18s side. Henderson has also featured for the reserves while he was named in the first-team squad for April's trip to Wigan Athletic. The 19-year-old will likely be hopeful of being utilised by manager Arsene Wenger in Arsenal's Carling Cup game against Tottenham on September 21.
