Wolfsburg has signed Brazilian right back Fagner from Vasco de Gama on a four-year contract.
The Bundesliga club made the announcement on Tuesday.
Wolfsburg coach Felix Magath says Fagner is a player ''whose attacking qualities we can well use.''
