Goalkeeper Tim Wiese will get a chance to play for Germany before home fans in the friendly against France on Wednesday.
The Werder Bremen keeper will be making his sixth appearance for Germany. He gets to play instead of regular No. 1, Manuel Neuer of Bayern Munich.
Assistant coach Hansi Flick says Mats Hummels of Borussia Dortmund and Holger Badstuber of Bayern Munich will be the central defenders and striker Miroslav Klose of Lazio will be the captain instead of the injured Philipp Lahm.
