Warnock: AVB must back Terry

England skipper Terry was charged earlier this week with a 'racially aggravated public order offence' following an alleged incident during Chelsea's defeat at QPR in October. Terry, who has been accused of using a racial slur towards QPR defender Anton Ferdinand, is due to appear before West London Magistrates Court on 1 February. Villas-Boas has offered his full backing to the centre-half and is confident Terry's form will not be affected by the situation. Warnock, who on Friday expressed his belief that racism in English football is minimal, understands why Villas-Boas is standing by his skipper. "I think you should support your player until you know everything in writing and what the alleged offences are," said Warnock. "I don't think you can do anything else because that is what our justice system is all about. "At every club you support your players the best you can whatever you think is right."
