Rapid Vienna says Dutch striker Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink has joined the Austrian club on a two-year deal.
The 31-year-old Vennegoor of Hesselink had been without a club since his contract with Hull expired last season.
Vennegoor of Hesselink, who scored three goals in 19 games for the Dutch national team, previously played for Twente, PSV Eindhoven and Celtic before joining Hull last year.
Vennegoor of Hesselink is a replacement for Croatia striker Nikica Jelavic, who moved from Rapid to Rangers last week.
