Cesar Farias's Venezuela team will host World Cup holder Spain in an international friendly on June 1.
The Spanish football federation said Friday that the venue for the match will be decided in the coming days.
Venezuela opens its Copa America campaign against Brazil on July 3, which it follow with matches against Paraguay and Ecuador.
