The midfielder has been one of Blackpool's most impressive performers in the top flight this season, but is out of contract in the summer. Seasiders boss Ian Holloway has previously stated arranging a new deal for Vaughan is one of his top priorities at Bloomfield Road. However, the Wales international wants to see which division Blackpool will be playing in next season before making a firm commitment. "I will think about my future in the summer," said Vaughan in the Blackpool Gazette. "Obviously it depends which league we are going to be in next season. That will be a big factor in my decision. "I will see what options are available, and I'll sit down with the gaffer, my family and everyone who is important and see what is best for me." Blackpool have endured a dip in form since the turn of the year, but face relegation rivals Blackburn Rovers on Saturday and Vaughan is looking forward to the game. He added: "It should be a cracking game. Blackburn are struggling for form - like we are, I suppose - but it is a local derby. There will be a bit of extra spice and hopefully we can get the three points. "All we have to focus on is claiming two or three wins to get us safe. If we lose on Saturday, so be it. "There will be no need to panic - we will simply go to Fulham for the next game trying to win that one."
