Valencia to play exhibition at Timbers on May 23

Valencia will play a postseason exhibition at Major League Soccer's Portland Timbers on May 23.

Valencia is third in the Spanish league and plays the Netherlands' AZ Alkmaar next week in the first leg of the Europa League quarterfinals.

The game was announced Wednesday.
