Uruguay racked up a confidence-boosting 3-0 win over Estonia in their final warm-up game for next month's Copa America.

Martin Caceres and Nicolas Lodeiro struck either side of Mikk Reinham's own goal as Oscar Tabarez's side found their goalscoring touch and proved their threat at set-pieces.

Diego Forlan's corners created the first two goals, the Atletico Madrid striker delivering for Caceres to power a header past visiting keeper Pavel Londak in the 12th minute and give the hosts a 1-0 half-time lead.

Another flag-kick from the same player saw Uruguay double their lead 10 minutes after half-time when Reinham inadvertently diverted the ball into his own net.

And Forlan was again the provider when he ran onto Luis Suarez's through-ball and cut the ball back for Lodeiro to fire left-footed into the top corner in the 71st minute.

It was a second heavy defeat in quick succession for Estonia on their South American tour, Tarmo Ruutli's side having been beaten 4-0 by Chile on Sunday.
