The 17-year-old had been on trial at the club over pre-season and impressed boss Dean Holdsworth enough to be offered a full-time deal.
Holdsworth told the club's official website: "Harry is a bright individual and talented footballer. I had no hesitation in signing him for the season and am really looking forward to working with him.
"This is an excellent opportunity for Harry and we will be able to develop and progress his career with Aldershot."
Meanwhile, goalkeeper Jordan Clement has been allowed to leave the club as he searches for first-team football.
