The Swans are looking to bolster their forward options ahead of their maiden Premier League campaign, and are taking a keen interest in Boro. Former Swansea loanee Marvin Emnes remains a target for the club. But they are also now looking at his team-mate Lita. Former England Under-21 star Lita had his best season for a number of years last term with 12 league goals. Boro boss Tony Mowbray is a confirmed fan, but with the Teesside club still looking to cut their wage bill - Lita could move if a suitable offer is made. However, Swansea's opening salvo, believed to be less than £1million, is way below Boro's valuation of a player they signed on a free transfer in 2009.
