Sunderland handed Bolton its fifth straight home loss in the Premier League, winning 2-0 on Saturday with late goals from Stephane Sessegnon and Nicklas Bendtner.

After dominating the second half at the Reebok Stadium, Steve Bruce's Black Cats went ahead in the 82nd minute when Sessegnon turned neatly and shot past Sunderland goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskelainen.

Bendtner slid a stoppage-time shot under Jaaskelainen to give Sunderland its first away win of the season.

Bolton ended a run of six straight losses with a 3-1 win at Wigan last weekend but has yet to avoid defeat in its five home league games.
