Suarez back from injury to start for Uruguay

SAO PAULO (AP) Luis Suarez is returning from a month-long injury layoff to start for Uruguay against an unchanged England at the World Cup on surgery.
The Liverpool striker hasn't played a match since featuring in the Premier League on May 11, and undergoing surgery on his left knee 11 days later. Suarez, who scored a league-leading 31 goals in England last season, will lead the strike force with Edinson Cavani as Diego Forlan drops to the bench.
Uruguay lost its opening match in Group D against Costa Rica, as did England against Italy on Saturday.
Although England is unchanged from the team that lost 2-1 to Italy, Wayne Rooney is set to be deployed in a central role.
