Owen Coyle's men have just completed an action-packed sequence of seven games in 22 days, and are now resting up a little ahead of the trip to play West Ham at Upton Park in the Premier League on Saturday. Iceland international Steinsson has been hampered by a knee injury in recent weeks so is particularly glad of the break. He told the Bolton News: "We need it! "It's really difficult to play midweek games. It's OK if everyone is playing, but some have had a chance to go to Dubai and rest for a week while we've been playing all the time. "There's been a lot of games in the last couple of months. It's hard to get knocks and not have time to recover. "It's harder than people realise, but the players have done fantastically."
