Midfielder Joe Cole is set to make his first appearance for five weeks in Liverpool's Europa League tie away to Steaua Bucharest. The England international has been sidelined by a hamstring injury but will take his place in a weakened side at the 28,000-capacity Stadionul Steaua in the Romanian capital. Steven Gerrard (hamstring) and Jamie Carragher (shoulder) are unavailable while Dirk Kuyt, Raul Meireles and Fernando Torres have been rested.
