Earlier this month City had a £3.5million offer for the Scotland star rejected by the Whites. Leeds chairman Ken Bates has insisted he is in no hurry to sell Snodgrass and hopes the asking price will be enough to scare off would-be bidders. Snodgrass, 23, is one of the Championship's most highly-rated performers but Canaries boss Paul Lambert is unwilling to pay such a high fee as he looks to build a squad capable of staying in the top flight. Lambert has already signed winger Elliot Bennett from Brighton as he looks to give his team more attacking options ahead of next season.
