World Cup qualifier Serbia was held to a scoreless draw by Poland in a friendly match played in rainy conditions Wednesday.
Marko Pantelic missed Serbia's best chance when his kick went over the goal following a right-wing cross by Dragan Mrdja in the 74th minute.
The match was scrappy due to surface water on the pitch, meaning there was little opportunity for any free-flowing soccer.
Serbia plays Germany, Australia and Ghana in Group D at the World Cup. Euro 2012 co-host Poland failed to qualify for the tournament in South Africa.
