The German football association (DFB) says extra security is being arranged for Bundesliga relegation candidate Eintracht Frankfurt's final game of the season at champion Borussia Dortmund on Saturday.

DFB security officer Helmut Spahn said Wednesday that ''all possible scenarios will be discussed in advance.''

Riot police used pepper spray to protect Frankfurt players from angry fans who stormed the pitch last week, after a loss to Cologne left the side second from bottom in a direct relegation place. Fans threw stones at the team bus the week before.

Spahn said special arrangements are being made for the presentation of the league trophy to Dortmund.

Frankfurt needs at least a draw and for Borussia Moenchengladbach to lose at Hamburger SV to clinch at least the playoff place.
