Keinan, who is currently plying his trade Maccabi Haifa, is believed to have been on trial at Bloomfield Road. The 25-year-old is understood to have impressed Pool boss Ian Holloway and he is now ready to make the central defender his first signing of the summer. Keinan is highly-regarded in Israel and was linked with a move to Bolton in 2007, but he opted to stay in Israel. However, it appears Keinan could be set for a move to the Premier League with Blackpool offering him a two-year deal at the club.
