Scotland staged a second-half comeback to overcome an under-strength Wales side with a 3-1 victory on Wednesday in the four-team Nations Cup.

Robert Earnshaw fired Wales into a first-half lead but James Morrison marked his 25th birthday with the equalizer soon after the break, before Kenny Miller and Christophe Berra each scored for Scotland.

While the Scots named a strong starting XI, Wales manager Gary Speed left out most of his English Premier League players.

The Scottish victory means it will be a straight fight between Scotland and Ireland to claim the first Nations Cup title when they meet in the tournament's final game on Sunday. Ireland routed Northern Ireland 5-0 on Tuesday.
