Paraguay coach Gerardo Martino says striker Roque Santa Cruz has dropped out of the squad to play friendlies against Australia and New Zealand due to personal reasons.

The Manchester City forward was replaced on Monday by Federico Santander of French club Toulouse.

Benfica forward Oscar Cardozo and AZ Alkmaar midfielder Celso Ortiz have already left the squad due to injury.

Paraguay plays Australia in Sydney on Saturday and New Zealand three days later in Wellington. The team will also play Hong Kong on Nov. 17.
