A Romanian Liverpool fan says he has completed a 96-kilometer (60-mile) walk to mark the 23rd anniversary of the Hillsborough disaster.

Emil Neacsu, 43, says he started on Saturday and completed the walk to Bucharest in the pouring rain on Sunday, when Romanians celebrate Orthodox Easter.

He says he finished in 18 hours, 30 minutes and did it to honor the families of the 96 people who were crushed to death on April 15, 1989, at the FA Cup semifinal match between Liverpool and Nottingham Forest.
