Roma striker Borini out more than a month

Roma striker Fabio Borini will be sidelined for more than a month with a thigh injury, while teammate Juan will be out of action for two weeks.

Both players were injured in Roma's 3-2 loss to AC Milan Saturday.

Medical tests Monday revealed that Borini, who is on loan from Parma, has torn a muscle in his right thigh and will be sidelined for five weeks.

Brazilian defender Juan has injured his left thigh.

Roma is 13th in the Serie A standings, with 11 points from nine games.
