Former Barcelona favourite Rivaldo has denied rumours linking him with moves to Real Mallorca or Mogi Mirim.

The former Brazilian international has shunned claims he was going to either head back to his homeland or return to Spain where he had spells at Deportivo and Barcelona.

The 38-year-old, who has spent the last two seasons on a lucrative contract at Uzbekistan side Bunyodkor, insists that the only relationship that exists between him the two clubs is purely business.

"When I am in Brazil happens the same than when I am in Mallorca. When I was in Mallorca it started to be said that I was going to play there as I am out of contract and it is also said that I am going to play at Mogi Mirim," said Rivaldo.

"I am currently resolving some pending things with Bunyodkor and I am in Brazil for announcing a partnership between Mogi Mirim and Mallorca."

"As I am now every day at Mogi Mirim because I am the president it is started to be said that I am going to play here. If I would have to play I could do it without any problem, but for the moment that information ins't true."

Mogi Mirim, one of Rivaldo's former clubs, is a small team that plays the Campeonato Paulista in the state of Sao Paulo and has recently reached to an agreement with Mallorca for transferring players.

The first ones to arrive to the Spanish team have been the right defender Edson Ramos, the central defender Fabio Sanches and the midfielder Joao Victor.
