The Wales international will be available on a free transfer once his contract with the Seasiders expires next month. The 28-year-old was an ever-present for Ian Holloway's side last term and will not be short of offers once the transfer window opens. But he admits that the prospect of Champions League football with the SPL champions is a huge draw for him. "I know my agent has spoken to Rangers," Vaughan told STV. "I've just got to take it from there and leave it in his hands. "In Scotland, Rangers are a massive club and they play in the Champions League. So it is an attraction. I've just got to weigh up all my options and see where it takes me."
