Ramsey slams Arsenal start

The Gunners have qualified for the Champions League for the past 14 years but are being tipped to miss out on a place in the top four this term after a dismal start to the season. They have lost four of their opening seven games to trail joint leaders Manchester United and Manchester City by 12 points, and Ramsey admits all the players are feeling hurt about the situation. "It's been a difficult time for my club," Ramsey said as he prepares for Wales' Euro 2012 qualifier at home to Switzerland on Friday night. "It's been quite frustrating so far with the problems that have been happening in the last few games. "We have not produced results we're capable of." Arsenal had been looking to get back on track in last Sunday's North London derby but suffered a 2-1 defeat at Tottenham to leave them 15th in the table. Ramsey accepts that is not good enough for a club of their stature and feels it is vital to embark on a winning run straight after the international break to start climbing the standings. "Arsenal are one of the top clubs in England and where we are at the moment is totally unacceptable," said the midfielder. "Hopefully things for Arsenal can turn around pretty quickly. "We need to start winning on a regular basis and getting higher up the table."
