Barcelona player Rafael ''Rafinha'' Alcantara, brother of Thiago, have agreed to extend his contract by two years to 2016.
Barcelona says Rafinha's buyout clause is 30 million euros ($39 million).
The 20-year-old midfielder scored 10 goals in 36 appearances for Barcelona B in Spain's second division last season.
His brother Thiago plays for Barcelona's first team and has been linked to a move to Manchester United after his buyout clause fell to 18 million euros ($23.5 million) because he didn't play in 60 percent of Barcelona's games last season as stipulated in his contract.
