Posh snub Tykes' bids - Report

Barnsley are understood to have failed with a bid to land Peterborough duo Tyrone Barnett and Emile Sinclair.
The duo were placed on the transfer list earlier this week, along with Gabriel Zakuani and Nathaniel Mendez-Laing, after the London Road club stated they had breached club discipline.
It has not taken long for clubs to show an interest in the quartet, and SkySports.com claim Barnsley attempted to sign Barnett and Sinclair earlier this week.
However, after talks between the two clubs, Posh shunned the bid, believed to have been an initial loan deal for both players.
Despite their signing of Marcus Tudgay on loan from Nottingham Forest on Wednesday, Barnsley are still understood to have an interest in Barnett and could return with a new bid.
However, it is understood a number of teams are monitoring the former Crawley and Macclesfield Town player.
