Pompey's transfer embargo was lifted on Tuesday meaning the south-coast side can now make additions to their squad while the transfer window remains open. Avram Grant has made Jamie O'Hara the top target before the window closes on Monday, and Jacob says a few other careful moves could be secured for the cash-strapped club. "We have got to be realistic, we do not want to go and increase our debt," he told The News. "That has happened enough in the past and the Premier League have decided to ensure that we will not be allowed to buy players during the current transfer window. "We accept that decision. "Now we move forward and this will give Avram the ability to strengthen the squad as he sees fit. "He will have the chance to identify areas which need strengthening and we will act upon that. We will do everything we can to support the team. "If one player goes out, we will be looking to bring two players in. That is what we are looking at." Pompey are currently rock-bottom of the Premier League, having picked up a point against relegation rivals West Ham on Tuesday.
