AC Milan striker Alexandre Pato is expected to be available for the return leg of the Champions League quarterfinal against Barcelona on Tuesday.
Pato missed the first leg after flying to Atlanta to visit with a specialist to see why he gets an unusually high number of muscle injuries.
The Brazilian returned on Saturday with Milan health co-ordinator Jean Pierre Meersseman, who says ''he's ready, very ready, and I'm sure he will be at (Milan coach Massimiliano) Allegri's disposal.''
The quarterfinal is delicately poised after Milan held the defending champions to a scoreless draw at San Siro on Wednesday.
