An Oscar Cardozo penalty and a goal from Robin Ramirez gave Paraguay a 2-0 away win at Panama in an international friendly Friday.
Cardozo scored from the spot in the eighth minute and Paraguay were two goals up after Ramirez' strike just three minutes later.
Paraguay, which reached the final of the Copa America in July, used the game as a warmup for World Cup qualifying starting in October.
Panama starts its campaign to qualify from the CONCACAF region on Sept. 6 with a match against Nicaragua.
