Noone set for Cardiff switch

Noone travelled to Wales for talks and personal terms have been agreed and the former Liverpool youngster has passed a medical at the Cardiff City Stadium.

Noone joined the Seagulls from Plymouth Argyle 18 months ago and he has established himself as one of the best players in the Championship.

The 24-year-old only signed a new deal at Brighton last March, but Cardiff have managed to persuade the Seagulls to cash-in on the winger.

Noone is expected to sign a four-year deal at Cardiff on Thursday to become Mackay's latest summer addition.
