Crewe Alexandra midfielder Liam Nolan has agreed professional terms with the League One club.
The 18-year-old Liverpudlian put pen to paper on a one-year deal running until summer 2014.
A graduate of the Alex's famed Academy, second-year scholar Nolan became a regular in the Railwaymen's Under-21 side during the recently completed season.
He is yet to make his first-team bow but travelled with Steve Davis' squad to Crawley in March and was an unused substitute in the 2-0 defeat.
