New Zealand will play Honduras and Paraguay in international friendlies in October, New Zealand Football has confirmed.
New Zealand Football chief executive Michael Glading said Tuesday the All Whites will play Honduras on Oct. 9 in Auckland and Paraguay on Oct. 12 at Wellington.
They will be the first matches played by New Zealand since the team left the World Cup in South Africa at the group stage. New Zealand had three draws in South Africa, including a 1-1 result with 2006 champion Italy and a scoreless draw with Paraguay.
