The 23-year-old right-back has spent little of his three years as a Tottenham player in the first-team squad, having had loan spells with Middlesbrough, Leicester and Norwich.
He played regularly in the Premier League for Norwich last season and could find more opportunities at White Hart Lane under Andre Villas-Boas than he was afforded under former Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp.
Tottenham announced on their website: "We are delighted to announce that Kyle Naughton has signed a new contract with the club until 2016."
Naughton joined Tottenham along with Kyle Walker in July 2009 from Sheffield United but has made just four senior competitive appearances.
