Muntari, Ayew, Kingson recalled by Ghana

Ghana has recalled midfielder Sulley Muntari, striker Jordan Ayew and goalkeeper Richard Kingson for this month's World Cup playoff first leg against Egypt.
AC Milan's Muntari missed the last round of group qualifiers and former No. 1 choice `keeper Kingson hasn't played for his country for two years. Marseille's Ayew returned after being overlooked for Ghana's African Cup squad in January and then making himself unavailable.
Michael Essien and Kevin-Prince Boateng also were in the 25-man squad picked Tuesday by coach Kwesi Appiah. They recently announced their comebacks from long international breaks and were immediately called up for the win over Zambia last month that secured a place in the playoffs.
Ghana hosts Egypt on Oct. 15 in the first leg of the decisive tie for a place in Brazil.
