Chivas and Pumas were unable to get a win for a fourth straight week, while America beat Santos 3-2 Sunday in the ninth round of the Mexican Apertura football tournament.
Brazilian defender Juninho conceded an own goal as Chivas of Guadalajara drew 1-1 with Tigres, while the Pumas lost a two-goal lead in its 2-2 draw with Atlante.
Also Sunday, reigning champion Toluca won 2-1 at Morelia, who lost their third match in a row.
Matias Vuoso scored for America, which now has 15 points, just one under Group 2 leader Toluca.
At Ciudad Universitaria, Argentine Martin Bravo scored in the 23rd and 53rd minutes as Pumas looked poised to win before Peruvian striker Johan Fano found the net in the 72nd and 74th.
Bravo scored twice for the first time since March 15, 2009, but it was not enough for the Pumas, who have 12 points and are second place in Group 3.
At Monterrey, Francisco Acuna converted a penalty in the 46th minute, but Juninho's own goal in the 71st prevent Tigres from winning back to back games for the first time this season.
In Estadio Azteca, Vuoso, who was dropped by the Santos after missing a penalty in the Clausura 2010 final, scored his in the 30th and 37th.
Ecuadorian striker Christian Benitez found the net the fourth and Fernando Arce scored in the 41st for the Warriors, who lost for the second time in three weeks and stayed on 18 points at second place in Group 1.
Uruguayan Vicente Sanchez also scored for America in the 23rd.
