McLeish 'proud' of home record
Blues have remained without a Premier League defeat at St Andrew's since Bolton won 2-1 exactly one year ago, a run stretching 17 games. And during that time Chelsea, Manchester United, Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool have all failed to leave with three points as McLeish's men have established themselves as a Premier League force. McLeish takes great joy from that record, but wants to see it continue for as long as possible. "We are proud of that record and we want to make it even better," he told The Guardian. "I have heard some managers use the words hostile (of St Andrew's) and that kind of talk is satisfying. "That's obviously a big thanks to the fans for the way they have got back to their form again. "They got a bit tired and fed up for a few years but last year we owed them big time and we will look for them to keep doing it."
