McGhee calls for ruthless streak

Bees goalkeeper Liam O'Brien ensured the scores stayed level with a string of saves from Matt Harrold, Eliot Richards and Wayne Brown.
McGhee said: "We're a little bit disappointed we haven't come away with all three points. The quality of finishing could have been better but Liam O'Brien pulled off some terrific saves, so well done to him.
"Matt Harrold took his goal well but we expect him to score more from open play. At times like others he was standing still and we need him to be on the move.
"The effort was there on Saturday and it was there again in the first-half. Barnet made us turn into the corners to their credit and stopped us from building any real momentum.
"But in the second half we got the ball down and played it around a bit more which was pleasing to see."
