McCarthy rallies Wolves troops

Results at the weekend, as Wanderers sat idle, mean McCarthy's men are once again propping up the Premier League. But victories over Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United this season all came when Wolves were bottom of the table. And McCarthy told the Express and Star: "The players have always responded when it's been a kind of 'must-win' game. "They've always done it, and there's no better time for a special effort to come than the Fulham game. "They enjoy each other's company and they fight for each other and there's a good team spirit. But they've got to have that desire in themselves."
