Laudrup to stay at Swans - Agent

Nice striker Dario Cvitanich has cast doubt on his future at the club after being left frustrated over the progress of contract talks.
Even though he only joined the Mediterranean club last year and is under contract until 2015, Cvitanich, 29, claims the Nice hierarchy promised him a new and improved deal back in January but have so far failed to deliver.
Cvitanich made an instant impression after joining from Ajax last July and finished the season with 19 goals, in the process helping Nice into Europe on the back of a fine fourth-placed finish.
Yet the relationship is in danger of turning sour, with Cvitanich, currently on holiday in his home town of Buenos Aires, unhappy over the stalled talks.
"They promised me a lot of things in January and did not necessarily behave well with me," the Argentinian said in L'Equipe.
"To be honest, I do not know what will happen. I'm in Argentina and I think about what I'll do.
"I am far away and I'm still waiting for that phone call from Nice.
"The situation bothers me. I would like to start pre-season with confidence."
Nice president Jean-Pierre Rivere is not fazed by the situation however, saying recently: "It's up to us to decide. He is under contract."
It emerged this week that the Welsh outfit had severed ties with Tutumlu following a dispute over transfer policy and there has been doubt over whether or not Laudrup will remain as manager.
Laudrup says his intention is to stay, though, and Tutumlu has also now emphasised that the 48-year-old will not be leaving.
Tutumlu claims there is only an issue between himself and Swans chairman Huw Jenkins.
"There is no problem with Michael Laudrup and Swansea City," said Tutumlu, quoted by the BBC.
"He is staying. It is my problem, my problem with Huw Jenkins."
It is understood the initial disagreement was over the amount of money available for Laudrup to spend on new players this summer as Swansea, last season's Capital One Cup winners, look to strengthen for a European campaign.
But the club were also unhappy at Tutumlu's desire to put forward his own list of proposed transfer targets, with the final straw being the agent's involvement in the potential sale of defender Ashley Williams, despite the Swans having no intention of letting the reported Arsenal target go.
While Laudrup has indicated that he sees no reason why the situation should lead to him departing Swansea, he has also made it clear that Tutumlu, who he has been working with since his days playing for Barcelona, will continue to be his agent.
Laudrup was appointed Swansea manager last summer and signed a new deal in March that runs to 2015.
