Kike Sola agrees to 2-year extension at Osasuna

Osasuna striker Kike Sola has agreed to a two-year contract extension that ties him to the Spanish club until June 2014.

Osasuna announced Tuesday that the deal includes a buyout clause of ?10 million ($14.2 million).

Following the offseason departures of Javier Camunas, Walter Pandiani and Carlos Aranda, the 25-year-old Sola will be Osasuna's focal point in attack.

Last season, Sola scored seven goals in 16 appearances.

Osasuna opens its Spanish league campaign against Valencia on Aug. 21.
