Karl keen to follow Jarvis' lead

Matt Jarvis recently ended the club's 20-year wait for an England selection as he made Fabio Capello's squad for a Euro 2012 qualifier against Wales and a friendly date with Ghana. His rise through the ranks has helped to raise spirits within the Molineux camp, with his success disproving the theory that England only call upon players plying their trade towards the top of the table. Wolves skipper Henry is delighted to have seen the exploits of his team-mate recognised and hopes there will be more happy faces next season should the club steer a course to top flight safety. "A call-up does give a player a massive boost to their confidence," he told the club's official website. "Even for me being in the provisional squad was great and gave me a lift. "I think we've got some very good English players at the club. Look at Richard Stearman, Jamie O'Hara, Michael Kightly, Sylvan Ebanks-Blake, David Jones. "If we manage to stay in this league and players continue to develop then why shouldn't there be more getting through? "Our performance levels in recent weeks have been decent and we've shown what we can do. "I think everyone's priority at the moment is the job in hand in terms of keeping us in the league, but if we do that then who's to say there won't be a few more shouts for more Wolves players."
